Abstract

1,152,470. Supporting shuttering. KWIKFORM Ltd. 7 Feb., 1967 [9 Feb., 1966], No. 5573/66. Heading E1S. Floor shuttering is moved into operative position on a wheeled frame 14 carrying hinged posts 17 supported in vertical position by a pair of stays 19 and having members 24 adjustable along the posts for engaging with and carrying the scaffolding 7 supporting the shuttering 11. The stays 19 are disconnected and the posts folded down to allow the frame to be wheeled under the shuttering. The members 24 each comprise two parallel plates connected together by pins 28, 29, (Fig. 5) the pin 28 engaging one of a number of notches 26 on the post and the pin 29 engaging the other side of the post but lower down so that the member can be tilted and released for adjustment.
