Abstract

1,140,856. Detergent compositions. DIVERSEY Ltd. 20 July, 1966 [20 July, 1965], No. 35379/68. Divided out of 1,140,855. Heading C5D. [Also in Division C7] A detergent solution for use in a process of polishing stainless steel as described in Specification 1,140,855, consists of (% by weight) HC1 1 to 10, HN0 3 1 to 8, phosphoric 0 to 60 and 0À05 to 20 of a surfactant containing an aliphatic chain of 6 to 20 carbon atoms and selected from cationic aliphatic, araliphatic and heterocyclic amines; non-ionic and anionic aliphatic acid amines, non-ionic aliphatic acid partial esters of polyhydric alcohols and their polyoxyethylene ethers, anionic aliphatic sulphates, anionic aliphatic esters of sulphonated aliphatic acids, anionic aliphatic aryl polyether sulphonates, and anionic aliphatic polyphosphates, and water.
