[Also in Division F1] A silencer and filter for a compressor comprises a porous sleeve 20 of sintered thermoplastic material supported between end caps 10, 11, connected together by a perforated tube 22. The sleeve 20 is of sintered polyethylene or p.v.c. and the caps 10, 11, and tube 22 are of polyethylene.
