Abstract

[Also in Division F4] A plurality of plates 3 having ports a, b are assembled into a pack and the fluid paths through the ports connect respectively with spaces 5, 4 between the plates. The plates are welded together as a unit around their outer peripheries 7 and around the peripheries of the ports a, b (Fig. 3, not shown).
