Abstract

[Dispositif de palier à isolation électrique intégrée, notamment pour moteur ou machine électrique] Le dispositif de palier comprend un palier 10 pourvu d’une première bague 12 et d’une deuxième bague 14 aptes à tourner l’une par rapport à l’autre. Le dispositif comprend au moins un manchon d’isolation 22 monté sur la deuxième bague 14 du palier et pourvu d’une douille 24 et d’une garniture d’isolation 26 interposée radialement entre la deuxième bague 14 et la douille 24 et réalisée en matériau isolant électrique. La douille comprend une surface extérieure 24a et une surface intérieure 24b qui délimitent son épaisseur radiale. La garniture d’isolation 26 est surmoulée sur la deuxième bague 14 du palier et au moins sur une des surfaces extérieure et intérieure de la douille 24. Ladite surface de la douille 24 est configurée pour assurer la retenue dans le sens circonférentiel de la garniture d’isolation 26 relativement à ladite surface par complémentarité de forme avec la garniture d’isolation.
