Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production in vitro de progéniteurs érythroïdes comprenant la mise en contact de cellules souches hématopoïétiques, génétiquement modifiées ou non, avec un milieu de culture cellulaire défini comprenant une hormone glucocorticoïde et un inducteur d'autophagie.
