Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Dispositif de post-traitement des gaz d’échappement d’un moteur à combustion (1) caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte, d’amont en aval : • un organe catalyseur d’oxydation amont DOC (2) ou un organe piège à NOx LNT ; • une embouchure d’un moyen d’introduction (6) de réducteur ou de précurseur d’un réducteur pour la réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d’azote SCR ; • des moyens de réduction catalytique sélective SCR des oxydes d’azote, lesdits moyens comprenant : - un organe de réduction catalytique sélective SCR des oxydes d’azote NOX (3) dédié, et/ou - un revêtement de réduction catalytique sélective SCRF des oxydes d’azote NOX sur un organe filtre à particules (4); • l’organe filtre à particules (4) ; • un organe catalyseur d’oxydation aval DOCNOx à fonction de stockage des NOx (5).
- 2. Dispositif de post-traitement selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l’organe catalyseur d’oxydation amont (2) comprend un matériau adsorbeur d’oxydes d’azote PNA.
- 3. Dispositif de post-traitement selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l’organe catalyseur d’oxydation aval DOCNOx à fonction de stockage des NOx (5) comprend un métal ou des métaux oxydant(s), choisis parmi Pt et/ou Pd et des matériaux de stockage des NOx sous forme de nitrates et/ou de nitrites.
- 4. Dispositif de post-traitement selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l’organe catalyseur d’oxydation aval DOCnox à fonction de stockage des NOx (5) comprend un/des matériau(x) de stockage des NOx sous forme de nitrates et/ou de nitrites à partir d’éléments à propriétés basiques, notamment sous forme d'oxyde(s) ou d'aluminate(s) de métaux tels que du baryum Ba, du néodyme Nd, du lanthane La ou du praséodyme Pr, ou sous forme d’oxydes mixtes métalliques tels que des solutions solides de Ce-Zr-Pr, Zr-Ce-La, Zr-Pr, Ce-Zr-La-Pr, Al-Ba, Al-Ba-Ce ou Al-La-Ce.
- 5. Dispositif de post-traitement selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l’organe catalyseur d’oxydation aval DOCNox à fonction de stockage des NOx (5) est dépourvu de rhodium.
- 6. Dispositif de post-traitement selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de réduction catalytique sélective SCR des oxydes d’azote, comprennent : - un organe de réduction catalytique sélective SCR des oxydes d’azote NOx (3) dédié, et - un revêtement de réduction catalytique sélective SCRF des oxydes d’azote NOx sur un organe filtre à particules (4), et en ce que ledit organe catalyseur de réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d’azote (6) est d’une longueur au moins deux fois plus petite (L1), notamment au moins 2,2 à 3 fois plus petite que la longueur (L2) du filtre à particules (7).
- 7. Ligne d’échappement d’un moteur thermique, caractérisée en ce qu’elle intègre le dispositif de post-traitement selon l’une des revendications précédentes.
- 8. Véhicule automobile délimitant un espace sous capot et un espace sous caisse, et comportant un moteur thermique raccordé à la ligne d’échappement selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le moteur et le dispositif de posttraitement de la ligne d’échappement sont disposés dans l’espace sous capot.
- 9. Véhicule automobile délimitant un espace sous capot et un espace sous caisse, et comportant un moteur thermique raccordé à la ligne d’échappement selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que : - le moteur, l’organe catalyseur d’oxydation amont DOC (2) ou un organe piège à NOx LNT, l’embouchure d’un moyen d’introduction (6) de réducteur ou de précurseur d’un réducteur pour la réduction catalytique sélective des oxydes d’azote SCR, les moyens de réduction catalytique sélective SCR des oxydes d’azote et l’organe filtre à particules (4) sont disposés dans l’espace sous capot, - et en ce que l’organe catalyseur d’oxydation aval DOCNOx à fonction de stockage des NOx (5) est disposé dans l’espace sous caisse.
- 10. Procédé de mise en œuvre du dispositif de post-traitement selon l’une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que : - on sous-injecte le réducteur ou le précurseur de réducteur, par l’embouchure du moyen d’introduction (6) de réducteur ou de précurseur d’un réducteur pour la réduction catalytique sélective des oxÿdes d’azote SCR, de façon à saturer en NOx l’organe catalyseur d’oxydation aval DOCnox à fonction de stockage des NOx (5), - puis on sur-injecte le réducteur ou le précurseur de réducteur pour convertir par réduction le maximum de NOx, le NH3 en excès en sortie du filtre à particules étant alors traité par oxydation par l’organe catalyseur d’oxydation aval DOCNOx à fonction de stockage des NOx (5) tant que ledit organe contient des NOx stockés.
