Claims (10)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de commande de purge en oxydes de soufre d'un moyen de dépollution présent dans la ligne d'échappement d'un véhicule automobile, le moyen de dépollution (2) absorbant des oxydes de soufre contenus dans les gaz d'échappement et les désorbant lors d'une purge, une purge étant déclenchée quand la masse d'oxydes de soufre stockée dans le moyen de dépollution (2) est supérieure à une masse critique, la masse courante d'oxydes de soufre stockée dans le moyen de dépollution (2) étant régulièrement estimée, caractérisé en ce que la masse courante d'oxydes de soufre stockée dans le moyen de dépollution (2) est estimée selon un modèle tenant compte des paramètres cinétiques pour l'absorption et la désorption des oxydes de soufre dans le ou du moyen de dépollution (2).
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la masse courante d'oxydes de soufre stockée estimée [SOx stocké] dans le moyen de dépollution (2) est estimée selon l'équation suivante : ([SOx stocké]) = ([SOx sortie Moteur] * taux d'écoulement * Ts) * taux de désorption SOx) - [SOx] sortie dans laquelle équation [SOx sortie Moteur] est la masse estimée des oxydes de soufre à la sortie du moteur (1), taux d'écoulement est le taux d'écoulement des gaz dans la ligne d'échappement, Ts est la température en surface du moyen de dépollution (2) d'air, taux de désorption SOx est le taux de désorption des oxydes de soufre dans le moyen de dépollution (2), [SOx] sortie est la masse estimée d'oxydes de soufre en sortie du moyen de dépollution (2).
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel il est estimé un taux d'absorption, Taux d'adsorption SOx, et de désorption, Taux de désorption SOx, des oxydes de soufre selon les équations suivantes : Taux d'adsorption SOx = K ads, SOx * [ SOx]*(1-0S0x) K ads, SOx = Aads,S0x * exp (-Eads, SOx / R*Ts) Taux de désorption SOx = K des, SOx * [eS0x] K des, SOx = Ades,S0x * exp (-Edes, SOx * [eS0x] / R*Ts) dans lesquelles équations : Kads, SOx est le taux constant d'adsorption des oxydes de soufre, [ SOx] est la masse d'oxydes de soufre dans le moyen de dépollution (2), OSOx est la couverture de surface d'adsorption pour les oxydes de soufre, R est la constante de gaz d'échappement,Eads,S0x est l'énergie d'activation pour l'adsorption, Ts la température en surface du moyen de dépollution (2), Aads,S0x est le premier facteur préexponentiel, K des, SOx est le taux constant de désorption des oxydes de soufre, Edes,S0x est l'énergie d'activation pour la désorption des oxydes de soufre, Ades,S0x est le second facteur préexponentiel
- 4. Procédé de contrôle de la dépollution en oxydes d'azote dans une ligne d'échappement d'un véhicule automobile, la ligne d'échappement comprenant un moyen de dépollution (2) sous la forme d'un ou intégrant un piège à oxydes d'azote passif absorbant les oxydes d'azote pendant une phase d'absorption et les désorbant lors d'une phase de désorption, ce piège à oxydes d'azote étant susceptible d'être empoisonné par des oxydes de soufre, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de dépollution (2) est purgé en oxydes de soufre conformément à un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3.
- 5. Procédé de contrôle selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la masse courante d'oxydes d'azote dans le piège à oxydes d'azote sous la forme du ou intégré dans le moyen de dépollution (2) est estimé selon un modèle spécifique aux oxydes d'azote donnant une masse courante d'oxydes d'azote stockée dans le piège à oxydes d'azote, cette masse courante d'oxydes d'azote stockée étant corrigée par soustraction d'une masse d'oxydes de soufre stockée dans le piège à oxydes d'azote estimée selon le modèle tenant compte des paramètres cinétiques pour l'absorption et la désorption des oxydes de soufre pour obtenir une masse d'oxydes d'azote effectivement stockée dans le piège à oxydes d'azote.
- 6. Procédé de contrôle selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel il est lancé une purge des oxydes de soufre dans le piège à oxydes d'azote quand la masse d'oxydes de soufre stockée dans le piège à oxydes d'azote estimée selon le modèle tenant compte des paramètres cinétiques pour l'absorption et la désorption des oxydes de soufre dépasse un niveau prédéterminé jugé préjudiciable à l'efficacité de la dépollution en oxydes d'azote exercée par le piège à oxydes d'azote.
- 7. Procédé de contrôle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, dans lequel, la ligne d'échappement présentant un système de réduction catalytique sélective (3) des oxydes d'azote présents dans les gaz d'échappement de la ligne avec injection d'une quantité d'agent de réduction dans la ligne estimée en fonction de la teneur en oxydes d'azote à réduire, il est tenu compte de la masse d'oxydes de soufre stockée dans lepiège à oxydes d'azote lors de l'estimation de la quantité d'agent de réduction à injecter.
- 8. Procédé de contrôle selon la revendication 7, dans lequel il est prévu une possibilité de permutation du système de réduction catalytique sélective (3) au piège à oxydes d'azote quand la quantité d'agent réducteur est en dessous d'une valeur seuil prédéterminée minimale jugée critique pour assurer la dépollution, un retour au système de réduction catalytique étant prévu dès l'ajout d'agent réducteur.
- 9. Ligne d'échappement d'un véhicule automobile dont la dépollution est contrôlée par une unité de contrôle conformément à un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, la ligne comprenant un piège à oxydes d'azote passif, caractérisée en ce que le piège à oxydes d'azote passif est intégré dans un catalyseur d'oxydation (2).
- 10. Ligne d'échappement selon la revendication 9, pour laquelle le catalyseur d'oxydation (2) présente une phase active d'échange avec les gaz d'échappement circulant à travers la ligne, cette phase active étant imprégnée par des dépôts d'au moins un élément chimique formant le piège à oxydes d'azote réagissant avec les oxydes d'azote en donnant un composé chimiquement stable, la phase active étant aussi susceptible de réagir avec des oxydes de soufre, des conditions de richesse supérieure à un en carburant dans la ligne d'échappement libérant les oxydes d'azote et de soufre, les oxydes d'azote étant réduits par un système de réduction catalytique sélective présent dans la ligne d'échappement en se trouvant en aval du piège à oxydes d'azote.25
