Abstract

The box has upper and lower shells (1A, 1B) integrated together by a hinge (1C), where the shells are provided with engaging tenons (2A, 2B) and engaging cavities (3A, 3B), respectively. The tenons and cavities are arranged near corners of the shells opposite to the hinge. An additional closing unit i.e. edge clamp joint, has a contact adhesive that is arranged on the tenons or cavities. The shells have cutting lines (5A, 5B) that are partially arranged around the tenons or cavities.

plastique thermoformée, couramment utilisée pour contenir toutes sortes d'articles 5 dans le commerce. Elle se rapporte plus précisément à une boîte d'emballage en matière plastique comportant deux coques, dite coque supérieure et coque inférieure, solidaires au moyen d'une charnière, la coque supérieure comportant au moins un tenon d'encastrement et la coque inférieure 10 comportant au moins une cavité d'encastrement correspondante, cette boîte comportant un moyen supplémentaire de fermeture. De façon connue, le tenon et la cavité, en général au nombre de deux, sont conçus pour former un encliquetage et assurer le maintien des deux coques l'une sur l'autre et la fermeture de la boîte. 15 Pourvue de ces deux encastrements, une telle boîte peut aisément être ouverte à l'intérieur du magasin et permettre un vol indécelable d'un certain nombre d'articles qu'elle contient. Pour assurer l'inviolabilité, il est connu de prévoir un moyen supplémentaire de fermeture. L'ouverture de la boîte est alors plus difficile à réaliser discrètement et est clairement décelable sur la boîte dépourvue de son agrafe ou présentant une bande déchirée. Cependant, ce mode de fermeture supplémentaire nécessite un 25 poste supplémentaire sur la chaîne d'emballage, à savoir un poste d'agrafage ou un poste de collage de la bande.
