Abstract

Une carte à circuit intégré possède une partie de contact (4) qui est exposée sur une surface d'une plaquette à circuit imprimé (7) et possède des bornes multiples destinées à établir le contact électrique avec un dispositif externe. Des câblages (14) sont disposés sur l'autre surface de la plaquette à circuit imprimé en une position qui est en regard de la partie de contact, avec la plaquette à circuit imprimé (7) entre eux, et sont imprimés au moins en des positions se trouvant en regard des intervalles (41) formés entre les bornes. La disposition des câblages empêche donc que la partie de la carte à circuit intégré située au niveau des intervalles (41) ne devienne plus mince que l'autre partie de la carte à circuit intégré.
