Abstract
Un câble optique 10 comporte des moyens qui définissent le couplage entre une enveloppe extérieure 28 du câble et ses éléments de résistance mécanique 26. Ces moyens sont constitués par une sous-couche 23 qui est appliquée entre une enveloppe intérieure 22 et l'enveloppe extérieure 28. La sous-couche empêche sélectivement l'enrobage des éléments de résistance mécanique par l'enveloppe extérieure, ce qui amélliore la flexibilité du câble sans nuire à sa résistance à la traction. Application aux télécommunications optiques.
