Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'injection de combustible dans un moteur à combustion interne. Les injecteurs sont normalement excités par des impulsions dont la durée est proportionnelle aux besoins du moteur en combustible. Dans le cas par exemple où le moteur tourne au ralenti, si la durée d'une impulsion est inférieure à une valeur minimale prédéterminée, l'injecteur n'est pas excité et un nombre correspondant est placé dans un registre pour y être cumulé avec d'autres nombres correspondant à des durées d'impulsions inférieures au minimum prédéterminé. Quand la somme cumulée est suffisante, l'injection est excité et la somme que contient le registre est réduite en proportion. L'invention s'applique notamment à des moteurs de véhicules automobiles.
