Abstract
Procédé catalytique en multiples stades pour hydrodémétalliser et hydrosulfurer des hydrocarbures lourds contenant des asphaltènes et une proportion substantielle de métaux. Dans une premiere zone de réaction 17, on utilise un catalyseur de démétallisation comprenant un métal hydrogénant choisi parmi les groupes VIB 6a et/ou VIII Mo et/ou Ni sur un support à gros pores, et dans une deuxième zone de réaction 18 un catalyseur de désulfuration comprenant un métal hydrogénant du groupe VIB 6a tel que du molybdène sur un support à pores p us petits. Maintien d'une grande activité catalytique.
