Abstract

L'invention concerne un coupleur à faible atténuation d'accès pour fibres optiques multimodes. Le coupleur 1 comprend une première fibre optique 2 et une seconde fibre optique 3 comportant chacune un tronçon effilé biconique 6, lesdits tronçons étant torsadés l'un autour de l'autre et soudés ensemble par fusion des fibres sur une longueur déterminée 1. Application au couplage de fibres optiques multimodes à saut d'indice ou à gradient d'indice.
