Abstract
Réacteur pour la méthanisation. Dans ce réacteur le lit catalytique 7 et un échangeur de chaleur 10 qui se trouve en-dessous, du type à faisceau tubulaire constitue une unité montée au centre de l'enveloppe 1 du réacteur avec un intervalle 12 laissé entre la paroi inteneure de l'enveloppe 1 du réacteur et ladite unité montée concentriquement. Les gaz frais à méthaniser entrent dans l'intervalle 12 puis sortent de l'échangeur de chaleur au-dessous et montent vers le lit catalytique 7 après quoi ils descendent de nouveau vers l'échangeur 10. Les gaz entrants balayent les tubes de l'échangeur 10 depuis l'exterieur, tandis que les gaz ayant réagi circulent à l'intérieur des tubes. Des calorifuges 13 et des joints presse-étoupe 14 et 15 équipent ce réacteur. Utilisation de ce réacteur de conception moins onéreuse pour la méthanisation de CO et CO2 dans un procédé de fabrication intégrée d'urée et d'ammoniac.
