Abstract

Appareillage de lubrification d'un compresseur hermétique de réfrigérant gazeux. Le compresseur comprend un moteur électrique monté à l'intérieur d'un carter hermétique et d'où part verticalement un vilebrequin qui est relié à plusieurs pistons radiaux. L'extrémité inférieure du vilebrequin plonge dans un bac contenant le lubrifiant collecté à la partie inférieure du carter. Deux étages de pompage disposés à l'extrémité inférieure du carter refoulent le lubrifiant vers des paliers du vilebrequin. Un évent communiquant avec l'orifice d'admission du premier étage évacue les gaz du réfrigérant qui se dégagent par évaporation instantanée avant que le lubrifiant pénetre dans le premier étage. Un filtre peut nettoyer une partie du lubrifiant refoulé du premier étage. Application aux compresseurs hermétiques qui équipent les installations de réfrigération.
