Abstract

Ce compresseur comprend des pistons à double effet qui coulissent dans des cylindres répartis en couronne autour d'un axe central et entraînés par un plateau oscillant 18 lui-même entraîné par un arbre 20. Trois cylindres sont enfermés dans une enveloppe extérieure 12 ménageant des espaces libres entre eux-mêmes et cette enveloppe. Dans l'espace libre supérieur on introduit un mélange de gaz réfrigérant et de lubrifiant. Le gaz réfrigérant entraîne avec le lubrifiant s'en dégage sur les cylindres chauffés et refroidit ces derniers cependant que le lubrifiant ainsi libéré est entraîné par le courant de gaz et frappe les faces du plateau oscillant 18 pour lubrifier les interfaces entre ce plateau et des patins ou demi-rotules 36, 36'. En même temps, le lubrifiant descend dans les paliers de butée à aiguilles 40 et 42 et vient lubrifier les paliers radiaux 22 et 24. Le gaz passe dans les espaces libres inférieurs pénètre de là dans les chambres d'aspiration 56 et 58 d'où il est aspiré par les pistons puis refoulé dans les chambres de refoulement 60 et 62. Ce compresseur est particulièrement prévu pour les installations de climatisation à bord des véhicules.
