Abstract

Dispositif photo-voltaïque comprenant un corps qui comporte une couche transparente au rayonnement solaire dans ce corps, ayant une surface incidente sur laquelle le rayonnement solaire vient frapper le corps, l'épaisseur de cette couche transparente étant telle que la surface incidente est sensiblement non réfléchissante au rayonnement solaire incident pour une première longueur d'onde prédéterminée dans le spectre de rayonnement solaire et, une région active dans ledit corps, ce dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que ladite région active et ladite couche transparente possèdent une épaisseur combinée telle que la surface incidente est sensiblement non-réfléchissante au rayonnement solaire incident pour une seconde longueur d'onde prédéterminée du spectre de rayonnement solaire, cette seconde longueur d'onde étant supérieure à la première.
