Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un produit étamé ainsi que ce produit On dépose une quantité d'étain inférieure ou égale à 0,8 gr/m**2 pour obtenir une couche de protection d'une épaisseur inférieure ou égale à 0,12 mu , ensuite on chauffe la tôle en acier pourvue de sa mince couche de protection, à une température supérieure au point de fusion de l'étain, pour refondre l'étain de cette couche de protection, et enfin, refroidit la tôle en sorte de transformer totalement l'étain de la couche de protection en un alliage fer-étain ayant une composition proche du FeSn 2 . La figure 5 représente en microphotographie le dépôt obtenu. Applicable aux produits étamés en général.
