Abstract

Un complexe enzymatique dérivé de microorganismes appartenant à la famille Bacilaceae et exploitant l'hydantoïne ou un dérivé d'hydantoine comme inducteur de l'activité enzymatique, est utilisé pour hydrolyser les hydantoïnes racémiques en aminoacides optiquement actifs. La figure indique le % de D(-) N-carbamoylphényl glycine formée à partir de 5-(D,L) méthyl hydantoine en fonction du temps.
