Abstract

L'objet de l'invention concerne une plaque de cuisson, adaptable aux fours domestiques. Il est constitué par une surface portante céramique, en brique réfractaire d'épaisseur réduite sous laquelle sont disposées des résistances chauffantes noyées dans un support réfractaire. Elle est plus particulièrement destinée à la confection des pizzas et autres préparations à base de pâtes.
