Abstract

Cet appareil qui comprend un dévidoir, un poste de raccordement et un accumulateur comportant un dispositif balladeur, se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend deux rouleaux de pincement entre le poste de raccordement et l'accumulateur, des moyens pour contrôler la vitesse de la bande respectivement dans et à l'extérieur de l'accumulateur, afin de produire un premier signal et un signal de vitesse de dévidement, des moyens pour contrôler les déplacements du dispositif balladeur à partir d'une position de référence sélectionnée afin de produire un signal d'accord de vitesse de bande, et des moyens pour traiter lesdits signaux afin de développer un signal de commande pour le moteur afin qu'il fasse varier de façon contrôlée le couple appliqué aux rouleaux, de façon à maintenir une tension sensiblement constante dans la bande.
