Abstract
Procédé de préparation du coenzyme Q. Il consiste à cultiver en aérobie une levure, dont la vitesse de croissance spécifique maximum n'est pas inférieure à 0,15 hr**-1 dans les conditions de culture optimum, dans un milieu nutritif où ladite levure peut se développer, tout en maintenant la concentration d'oxygène dissous dans le bouillon de culture à une valeur non inférieure à 2 ppm et en contrôlant la vitesse de croissance spécifique moyenne au cours de toute la période de culture à une valeur non supérieure à 0,1 hr**-1, et en isolant le coenzyme Q des cellules de levure résultantes.
