Abstract

L'invention porte sur une mémoire numérique d'image à rémanence variable. A la mémoire numérique proprement dite sont associés un circuit de transcodage, intercalé entre son entrée et sa sortie, et un circuit de gestion dans le temps de l'adressage de la mémoire, engendrant des séquences d'adressage écriture et d'adressage lecture alternées et, à l'intérieur de chacune des séquences de l'un des deux types dans une suite de séquences, une sous-séquence de lecture et une sous-séquence d'écriture pour la réinscription du mot lu et transcodé à la même adresse. Application : exploitation d'informations radar.
