Abstract

The rotary harrows has vertical tines which are arranged in groups of three on a common support, the drive being transmitted to each tine set by a vertical shaft. The central tine of each set is curved, the drive to each shaft being by a crown wheel and pinion system. The crown wheel shaft may carry a pulley so that a further driven implement can be towed behind the harrows.
