Abstract

The brush has a cylindrical support (1) which is extended to form a handle (2). The bristles are implanted in tufts (3, 3', 4, 4') around the support. Each tuft is formed of several bristles assembled in a bunch and bent into a U shape, the base of the U being implanted in holes provided in the support and held in place by a hook, while the two branches of the U form the tuft. The bristles diverge towards the surface of the brush to form a fan shape. The tufts are so placed that at the surface of the brush the bristles are meeting thus forming a complete cylinder of bristles.
