Esilla oleva keksintd koskee menetelmaa kupoliuuneissa kertyvien metalleja ja niiden oksideja sisåltåvien polyjen rikastamiseksi, jolloin syntyvåt polyt poistetaan suodatin-laitteen avulla.

Kuilu-uunit, erityisesti kupoliuunit ovat olleet jo kauan tunnettuja valuraudan sulattamisessa. Talloin sulatetaan metallinen panos lisaåmalla energiantuottajaa, jolloin raakarauta, kiertomateriaali ja romu paasevat vaihtelevina 15 maåråosuuksina panokseen.
Tassa sulatusprosessissa hdyrystyvåt erilaiset metallit, joita sisåltyy romuosuuteen, kuten esim. sinkki, kadmium, lyijy jne. Ilman puhtaanapitSmisen puitteissa on asetettu 20 ankaria vaatimuksia kupoliuunin kaasujen polynpoistolle niin, etta syntyviå kaasumaisia metallihiukkasia ei enåå saa påastaa ulkoilmaan, vaan ne on kerattava kupoliuunin jalkeen jarjestetylla suodatinlaitteella. Suodattimeen keraantyneet metalliset polyt on tMhan saakka kåsitelty 25 erilaisilla tavoilla siten, etta ne on saatu varastoitaviksi ja niista on voitu nåin talla tavoin huolehtia.
Esilla olevan keksinnon tarkoituksena on kayttMa taloudelli-sesti uudelleen ne metalliset aineosuudet, jotka ovat keray-. 30 tyneet kupoliuunin suodatinlaitteeseen, jotta valtetaan ymparistoa kuormittava ja kustannuksia aiheuttava jåtteen-sailytys.
Tama tehtava ratkaistaan keksinnon mukaisesti siten, etta 35 kupoliuunissa hoyrystyvSt metallit kerMtaan oksidien muodos-sa suodattimeen ja syotetaan uudestaan kupoliuunin poltto-prosessiin kunnes suodatinpolyyn on syntynyt ennalta måårat-ty hyodynnettavå metalliainesten pitoisuus.
Menetelmån muut edulliset tunnusmerkit ilmenevåt epaitsenai- sistå patenttivaatimuksista.

Jos tåta menettelya 20 toistetaan useampia kertoja, voidaan suodattimessa polyt rikastaa sinkilla niin pitkålle, etta sinkin uudelleen erottaminen suodatinpolysta on mahdollista. Tama tilanne on normaalisti alueella 10-95 paino-% sinkkia.
25 Esitetty menetelma muodostaa kaksi etua, yhden edun kupoli-uunilaitoksen kayttajaile ja toisen edun ymparistolle. Polyjen rikastaminen nimittain saastaa jåtteen sailytykselta ja se on taloudellisesti uudelleen hyodynnettavissa.
Claims (5)
1. Menetelmå kupoliuuneissa syntyvien polyjen ja niiden sisåltåmien metallien ja/tai nåiden oksidien rikastamiseksi, jolloin polyt keråtåån jårjestelmåån sisåltyvållå suodatin- 5 laitteella, tunnettu siitå, ettå metallipitoiset polyt tuo-daan uudelleen kupoliuuniin, kunnes saavutetaan metallien ja/tai niiden oksidien ennalta mååråtty pitoisuus.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmå, tunnettu sii-10 tå, ettå suodattimista saadut metallipitoiset polyt syote- tåån suodatinlaitteesta kupoliuunin polttovyohykkeeseen.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 2 mukainen menetelmå, tunnettu siitå, ettå metallipitoiset polyt syotetåån suutinlaitteilla 15 tai puhallusputkilla kupoliuuniin.
