Claims (37)
1. Förfarande för framställning av ett yttermemb-ranvesikelvaccin mot Neisseria meningitidis-bakterien, 5 vilket vaccin innehäller ätminstone ett yttermembranprote-in av klass 1 eller en immunogen del därav och inte innehäller ett meningokockalt yttermembranprotein av klass 2/3, kännetecknat av att en klass 2/3-minus-stam av Neisseria meningitidis odlas, vesiklar isoleras frän od- 10 lingen varigenom produceras yttermembranvesiklar, och yt-termembranvesiklarna tillsätts i en farmaceutiskt godtag-bar bärare varigenom ett vaccin erhälls.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att klass 2/3-minus-mutanten av Neisseria meningi- 15 tidis-bakterien erhälls frän meningokockus av gruppen A, B, C, W-135 eller Y.

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att klass 2/3-minus-mutanten av Neisseria meningitidis-bakterien exprimerar flera än en undergrupp av det 20 meningokockala yttermembranproteinet av klass 1. ; : 4.
