Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för ökning av koncentrationen av cis-9,trans-11-isomeren av oktadekadiensyra i mjölk- och/eller vävnadsfett i idisslare, k ä n - 5. e t e c k n a t av att man ger ät en idisslare, antingen som sadan eller blan-dad med annan föda, separat eller tillsammans med andra fettsyror, trans-11-isomeren av oktadekensyra.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att idisslaren är en mjölkproducerande idisslare. 10
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att trans-11-isomeren av oktadekensyra har skyddats mot reduktion i rumen.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknad av att de andra fettsyrorna är mättade fettsyror.
5. Användning av trans-11-isomeren av oktadekensyra för att öka 15 koncentrationen av cis-9,trans-11-isomeren av oktadekadiensyra i mjölk- och eller vävnadsfett i idisslare, genom att man ger denna ät en idisslare, antingen som sädan eller blandad med annan föda, separat eller tillsammans med andra fettsyror.
6. Användning enligt patentkrav 5, k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att 20 idisslaren är en mjölkproducerande idisslare.
7. Användning enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknad av att trans-11- isomeren av oktadekensyra har skyddats mot reduktionen i rumen.
