Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UN ISOMERO OPTICO DEXTROGIRO DEL DIASTEREOMERO A DE ESTER 3-(1-BENCILPIRROLIDIN-3-ILICO). CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN ISOMERO OPTICO LEVOGIRO O UN RACEMATO DEL ACIDO 5-(METOXICARBONIL-2,6-DIMETIL-4-(M-NITROFENIL)-1,4-DIHIDROPIRIDIN-3-CARBOXILICO CON UN ISOMERO OPTICO LEVOGIRO O UN RACEMATO DE 1-BENCIL-3-HIDROXIPIRROLIDINA; EN PRESENCIA, OPCIONALMENTE, DE UN AGENTE CONDENSANTE (DICICLOHEXILCARBODIIMIDA). LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO EN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO (CLORURO DE METILENO, DIMETILFORMAMIDA) Y ENFRIANDO EL MEDIO DE REACCION O MANTENIENDOLO A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE. OBTENIENDOSE EL PRODUCTO FINAL; QUE PUEDE AISLARSE DE LA MEZCLA DE REACCION POR EXTRACCION, CONCENTRACION O BIEN POR CROMATOGRAFIA EN COLUMNA. SELECTIVAMENTE PUEDE OBTENERSE COMO PRODUCTO DE REACCION, EL ISOMERO OPTICO DEXTROGIRO, O BIEN UNA MEZCLA DE AMBOS ISOMEROS OPTICOS DEXTROGIRO Y LEVOGIRO; QUE SERAN SEPARADOS POR CROMATOGRAFIA EN COLUMNA O POR CRISTALIZACION FRACCIONADA.
