Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE CLORURO DE TRIFLUORACETILO. CONSISTE EN CLORAR EL TRIFLUORACETALDEHIDO (FLUORAL) CATALITICAMENTE CON EL CLORO EN FASE DE VAPOR SOBRE UN CARBON ACTIVO. LA RELACION MOLAR CLORO/FLUORAL ES DE 1 A 2. LA TEMPERATURA OSCILA ENTRE 13º C Y 250º C. LA CLORACION SE REALIZA: A) EN PRESENCIA DE UNA CANTIDAD DE ACIDO CLORHIDRICO TAL QUE LA RELACION MOLAR CLORHIDRICO/FLUORAL NO SEA SUPERIOR A 5; B) TAMBIEN SE REALIZA LA CLORACION EN PRESENCIA DE UNA CANTIDAD DE UN DILUYENTE INERTE DE FORMA QUE LA RELACION MOLAR DILUYENTE/FLUORAL NO SEA SUPERIOR A 5;C) LA CLORACION SE REALIZA EN PRESENCIA DE CANTIDADES DE ACIDO CLORHIDRICO Y DILUYENTE INERTE DE FORMA QUE LA SUMA DE LAS RELACIONES MOLARES ACIDO CLORHIDRICO/FLUORAL Y DILUYENTE INERTE/FLUORAL NO SEA SUPERIOR A 5. EL DILUYENTE INERTE ES NITROGENO Y CLOROTRIFLUORMETANO. EL TIEMPO DE CONTACTO CON EL LECHO DONDE SE REALIZA LA CLORACION ES DE 5 A 30 SEGUNDOS. LA VELOCIDAD DE LA MEZCLA GASEOSA DE LOS REACTIVOS ES TAL QUE CORRESPONDEA UN CAUDAL DE 1,5 A 3,0 VECES MAS ELEVADO QUE EL CAUDAL MINIMO DE FLUIDIFICACION DEL CATALIZADOR.
