Abstract
Procedimiento para el tratamiento térmico en continuo de material metálico alargado suelto, como barras redondas , tubos o similares, particularmente de aluminio o magnesio y sus aleaciones, precalentandose el material durante el transporte de paso en un tramo de precalentamiento hasta la temperatura necesaria y manteniéndose a continuación a esta temperatura en un tramo de conservación del calor, caracterizado porque el material se precaliente y se mantiene caliente con temperatura regulada en una atmósfera de gas caliente de circulación forzosa común para el tramo de precalentamiento y el tramo de conservación del calor, precalentándose el gas caliente en una sola zona de precalentamiento en relación con la dirección de paso del material y se pone el mismo en movimiento forzoso en una sola zona de circulación.
