Abstract

Dispositivo de alimentación de laminillas de barquillo en los moldes de colada para la formación de galletas de barquillo revestidas, o bien sobre cintas o rejillas de transporte, en particular en instalaciones de produccioón de barquillos múltiples revestidos, o bien productos similares de pasteleria, caracterizado porque comprende un grupo de alimentación de las láminas cortadas, formado por una serie de laminillas con medios de extracción que se pueden accionar, vinculados entre sí en sucesión y que se mueven a modo de acordeón sobre un soporte de guía apoyado de manera móvil en vaivén entre la estación de corte de las tabletas de barquillo y la estación de corte de las tabletas de barquillo y la estación de carga de los moldes de colada de la instalación, presentando sustancialmente en cierre dicho grupo alimentador la longitud de las tabletas de barquillo y en apertura la longitud del molde de colada entre sus dos asientos de extremo, previéndose medios de apertura y de cierre del grupo de laminillas, medios de sincronización entre el movimiento de vaivén del grupo alimentador y el movimiento de los moldes, así como medios de mando de los medios de extracción de laminillas.
