Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de una composición antibiótica parenteral estéril, de color y pH estabilizados, de una sal parenteralmente aceptable de un agente antibacteriano de aminoglicósido que tiene un anillo de piranosa que está insaturado entre las posiciones 4¿y 5'' y que contiene un substituyente de alminoalquilo en la posición 5'' ,caracterizado porque se calienta agua estéril destilada adecuada para aplicación parenteral y se disuelven en ella metilparabeno y/o propilparabeno en calidad de agentes de conservación, porque se enfría la solución así obtenida , tras lo cual se añaden cloruro de sodio y/o sulfato de sodio en calidad de electrolito y posiblemente EDTA disódico en calidad de agente quelante; y porque se añaden y disuelven fulfito y/o metabisulfito sódico en calidad de estabilizadores y la sal antibiótica seleccionada, con lo que la cantidad de sulfito sódico y/o metabisulfito sódico es tal que el pH de la composición resultante está comprendido entre 5,0 y 7,0
