Abstract
Un dispositivo mejorado para quita una aleación de soldadura de una unión soldada sólida, que comprende una multiplicidad de filamento metálicos conformados a modo de mecha alargada, operable para lograr dicha retirada del material de soldadura merced a la aplicación de una parte extrema de la misma a la unión, en relación de intercambio térmico con una fuente de calor, de modo que cuando la aleación de soldadura es fundada por la fuente de calor, fluirá por acción capilar desde la unión a la parte extrema aplicada de la mecha, cuya mejora reside en que la superficie exterior de cada filamento metálico de dicha mecha es recubierta con aleación de soldadura solidificada, con un punto de fusión sustancialmente inferior al punto de fusión del estaño, antes de la obtención de dicha mecha, de modo que cuando la parte extrema de la misma se aplique a dicha unión en relación de intercambio térmico con la fuente de calor, como antes se ha dicho, la aleación de soldadura sólida del recubrimiento existente sobrelos filamentos de la parte extrema aplicada, al ser fundida por la fuente de calor, se mezcla con la aleación de soldadura fundida procedente de la unión que fluye por capilaridad a la parte extrema aplicada de la mecha.
