Abstract

DETECCION DE FUGAS DEL LIQUIDO REFRIGERANTE EN LAS TOBERAS DE HORNO ALTO, BASADA EN EL SISTEMA DE MEDICION POR VARIACIONES EN LA PRESION DIFERENCIAL DEL LIQUIDO. SE EMPLEA UN EQUIPO ELECTRONICO CAPAZ DE DETECTAR PEQUEÑAS FUGAS DE LIQUIDO, DISPONIENDO SENDOS CONJUNTOS DEDETECCION EN LOS CIRCUITOS DE ENTRADA U SALIDA DEL LIQUIDO REFRIGERANTE. CADA UNO DE LOS CONJUNTOS DE DETECCION CONSTA DE UN CARTER CILINDRICO, ENVOLVENTE DE UNA CAMPANA FIJA ANULAR, CON DOBLE PARED RELLENA DE MERCURIO QUE SIRVE DE GUIA A OTRA CAMPANA MOVIL, INVERTIDA CON RESPECTO A LA FIJA. LA CAMPANA MOVIL ESTA DOTADA DE UN CONTRAPESO, Y DE UN VASTAGO, EN CUYO EXTREMO LIBRE INCORPORA UN NUCLEO DE MATERIAL MAGNETICO QUE SE UBICA EN LA ZONA DE INFLUENCIA DE UN CIRCUITO INDUCTIVO DE ALTA FRECUENCIA. EL MERCURIO QUE LLENA LA DOBLE PARED MANTIENE SEPARADOS LOS VOLUMENES DE LIQUIDO REFRIGERANTE EXISTENTES EN EL INTERIOR Y EXTERIOR DE AMBAS CAMPANAS. LOS LIQUIDOS PENETRAN A SUS CAMARAS RESPECTIVAS MEDIANTE CONDUCTOS DOTADOS DE VALVULAS. MEDIOS ELECTRONICOS INTERPRETAN LAS SEÑALES ELECTRICAS DEL CIRCUITO INDUCTIVO EN ORDEN A ACTIVAR ALARMAS Y REGISTROS.
