PURPOSE:To raise the air-tightness of a low-temperature tank of cncrete by making up its inner wall structure of the main barrier and an auxiliary barrier as the secondary protective wall. CONSTITUTION:The main barrier 14 is supported on an auxiliary barrier 12 by a fixing piece 20 made of a heat insulating material. And a leaked substance detection tube 21 to detect the discharge of gas, etc., from the main barrier 14 is provided between the auxiliary barrier 12 and the main barrier 14. Since the inner wall structure of a concrete tank 1 is of a double structure consisting of the main barrier 14 and the auxiliary barrier 12, the air-tightness of the tank 1 is raised because the auxiliary barrier 12 plays the role of secondary protective wall even when a stored liquid leaks from the main barrier 14.
