Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en un elemento metálico tubular para un horno provisto de un revestimiento que incluye una capa interna flexible de material fibroso refractario y una capa externa de ladrillos refractarios mantenidos en su sitio mediante acoplamiento con salientes de accesorios metálicos en elemento de horno, estando dichas mejoras caracterizadas porque los accesorios metálicos están constituidos por pares de sectores metálicos (5,6) que se adaptan respectivamente alrededor de los lados opuestos de elementos de horno (1) y están mantenidos conjuntamente, tan solo en un extremo, por sus extremidades acopladas mutuamente por medio de un dispositivo de sujeción (7, 8) el cual, al ser aflojado permite que los sectores se separen de modo que puedan pasar sobre el elemento de horno y, al ser apretados, sujetan conjuntamente los sectores para que rodeen firmemente el elemento de horno, estando los salientes constituidos por espárragos sustancialmente raciales (10) que atraviesan lacapa interna de material refractario fibroso (2), acoplándose, después del ensamblaje de los sectores y de la capa interna sobre el elemento de horno con unos agujeros de recepción (11) formados en los ladrillos (3, 4).
