Abstract
Procedimiento y aparato para controlar el desequilibro de capacitancia a tierra entre conductores, en donde lo conductores invidiuales están cubiertos con un material de aislamiento de plástico para formar conductores aislados y se mide la capacitancia coaxial y diámetro exterior de cada uno de los conductores, procedimiento caracterizado porque comprende de las fases de: generar eléctricas correspondientes a la capacitancia coaxial y diámetro exterior medidos de cada conductor aislado y relacionar éstas señales con el desequilibrio de capacitancia a tierra entre cada conductor y un conductor aislado de referencia que tiene valores previamente elegidos de capacitancia coaxial y diámetro exterior; y porque se controla el proceso de cubrir cada conductor para mantener el desequilibrio de capacitancia a tierra entre cada conductor para mantener el desequilibrio de capacitancia a tierra entre cada conductor y el conductor de referencia dentro de una gama de valores predeterminada.
