Abstract

Procedimiento de fabricación de un tejido de fondo primario para utilizarse en alfombras de pelo, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: formar un substrato de tejido, sin tejer o de tejido de punto, termoplástico, que pueda someterse a la formación de mechones, un velo que tiene aproximadamente un peso por metro cuadrado de aproximadamente 3-70 gramos, y que comprende aproximadamente del 5% al 100% en peso de un primer componente fibroso y aproximadamente 95% al 0,0 en peso de un segundo componente fibroso, donde el primer componente fibroso se fusiona térmicamente con el substrato y tiene un denier de por lo menos 1-2-30 dtex aproximadamente y una longitud de fibra de por lo menos 5-150 mm, y donde el segundo componente fibroso no se fusiona térmicamente con el substrato y tiene un denier de por lo menos aproximadamente 1,2-30 dtex y una longitud de fibra de por lo menos aproximadamente 5-150 mm aplicar calor y presión suficiente para formar un aglutinante estable entre las fibrasdel velo al igual que entre el velo y el substrato.
