Abstract

Un método de aumentar la proporción de un gas en una mezcla gaseosa, de la cual dicho gas es un constituyente, método que comprende poner en contacto la mezcla gaseosa con un lecho de absorbente que absorbe preferiblemente dicha gas, purgar el lecho de absorbente con dicha gas o una corriente de gas, que tiene una proporción de dicha gas mayor que dicha mezcla gaseosa, a una presión sensiblemente igual a la presión parcial de dicho gas existente en la mezcla gaseosa, antes de poner en contacto la misma con el lecho de absorbente, y regenerar después el lecho para recuperar un producto gaseoso enriquecido en dicho gas.
