Abstract
Procedimiento para controlar la temperatura del agua caliente para utilizar agua caliente a un caudal reducido inferior a un caudal de funcionamiento de 3 litros/minuto en un sistema de suministro de agua caliente, que incluye: un dispositivo de calentamiento adaptado para generar calor por combustión, un sensor de circulación (11) que mide el caudal del agua que circula en el sistema de suministro de agua caliente; un intercambiador de calor (13) que transfiere calor del dispositivo de calentamiento al agua que ha circulado al interior; un depósito de agua (15) que almacena temporalmente el agua en el sistema de suministro de agua caliente; un sensor de temperatura (14) que está dispuesto en una posición predeterminada en una tubería (24) por la que circula el agua; un controlador (30) que tiene una unidad de entrada (31) para permitir que el usuario introduzca las condiciones deseadas; y una bomba (17) que está dispuesta en una tubería (24) que conecta un primer punto de desviación (21) formado en la tubería de salida (20) y un segundo punto de desviación (22) formado en la tubería de entrada (10), comprendiendo el procedimiento la medición del caudal de agua que circula en el sistema de suministro de agua caliente, utilizando el sensor de circulación y caracterizado por el precalentamiento y la circulación del agua en el sistema de suministro de agua caliente a través de una trayectoria de circulación interna que conecta el primer punto de desviación, el segundo punto de desviación y el intercambiador de calor, utilizando la bomba, una vez que el controlador detenga la combustión del dispositivo de calentamiento cuando el caudal medido sea el caudal de funcionamiento del sistema de suministro de agua o menor; la medición de la temperatura del agua que circula, utilizando el sensor de temperatura; y el ajuste de una temperatura predeterminada por encima de la temperatura fijada por el usuario como temperatura de desconexión de la circulación de precalentamiento y una temperatura predeterminada por debajo de la temperatura fijada como temperatura de conexión de la circulación del precalentamiento, y a continuación el inicio del funcionamiento del dispositivo de calentamiento cuando la temperatura medida por el sensor de temperatura es la temperatura de conexión de la circulación de precalentamiento o menor y la detención del funcionamiento del dispositivo de calentamiento cuando la temperatura medida es la temperatura de desconexión de la circulación de precalentamiento o mayor, utilizando el controlador.
