Abstract

Frasco para líquidos, para utilizar en dosificadores de precisión para líquidos, que consiste en un cuerpo principal (1) que comprende un cuello de rosca (8) caracterizado porque el cuello comprende un sistema (81) destinado a realizar el acoplamiento de empuje con el dispositivo de unión de un dosificador, y porque la parte inferior del frasco consiste en un par de superficies (9, 91), que se encuentran inclinadas y que convergen en el centro formando una copa (93) que se forma en la parte inferior de la zona de almacenamiento del líquido del frasco (1).

Description

Frasco para un dosificador de líquidos de precisión.
Campo de la invención y técnicas anteriores
La presente invención se refiere a los frascos destinados a contener líquidos, en particular aquéllos para utilizar en dosificadores de precisión para líquidos.
En la técnica actual se conocen diversos aparatos que permiten una administración precisa de líquidos; el documento EP 00 916 935.0 (del cual la presente solicitud constituye una sección) describe una forma de realización particular de dichos aparatos.
Sin embargo, cuando los líquidos a administrar se encuentran contenidos en frascos y se ha de garantizar que la totalidad del líquido contenido en el frasco se ha administrado (tal como es el caso por ejemplo de medicamentos como la metadona) no únicamente el dispensador sino el propio frasco desempeña un papel importante y resulta esencial que se diseñe de un modo particular a fin de conseguir el propósito pretendido, además, el usuario ha de tener la posibilidad de verificar el contenido del frasco y de manipular el mismo con facilidad.
El documento EP-A-0 715 891 da a conocer un frasco con un cuerpo principal, un cuello de rosca y un par de superficies inferiores inclinadas. El documento FR-A-2 759 923 da a conocer un frasco con un cuerpo principal, un cuello de rosca y una copa de recolección central en la zona inferior del frasco.
Ámbito de la invención
Por lo tanto es un propósito de la presente invención proporcionar un frasco que garantice una administración completa del líquido contenido en el mismo y que, además, asegure que resulta posible la verificación así como la manipulación de los frascos con seguridad.
Sumario de la invención
La invención se refiere a un frasco que comprende una zona inferior que consiste en un par de superficies que se encuentran inclinadas y que convergen en el centro en forma de copa en un punto inferior de almacenamiento del líquido del frasco.

Las figuras 1a y 1b ilustran, respectivamente, una vista lateral y una vista superior del frasco según la invención.
Descripción detallada de la invención
Haciendo referencia a las figuras 1a y 1b, los frascos de la invención consisten en un cuerpo principal 1 que comprende un cuello de rosca 8 destinado a acoplarse a un tapón de embalaje hermético. El cuello comprende además unos dientes 81 para un cierre de bayoneta de un acoplamiento destinado a conectarse con el circuito hidráulico del aparato.
La parte inferior del frasco consiste en un par de superficies 9, 91 que están ligeramente inclinadas y que convergen en una copa hemisférica 93 que se forma en la parte inferior de la zona de almacenamiento del líquido del frasco.
Comprende además una aleta 92 por debajo de la superficie 9 destinada a garantizar el soporte horizontal del frasco en su recipiente en el aparato.
A fin de garantizar que el tubo de aspiración, a través del que se desplaza el líquido desde el frasco, extraiga siempre el líquido desde la zona de mínimo nivel de la copa 93, el acoplamiento se realiza ventajosamente de modo que se encuentre incorporado al tubo y de que encuentre un punto de referencia superior seguro en la conexión en bayoneta.
El frasco 1 se encuentra además equipado con un sistema de identificación, que puede ser leído por los sensores adecuados del dosificador.
En una forma de realización preferida, dicho sistema es del tipo identificador de radiofrecuencia RFID, según una técnica de reconocimiento que ya resulta conocida por sí misma, mientras que los sensores correspondientes se fijan al aparato y se conectan a la unidad de control del aparato, que verifica los volúmenes y el destino de las cantidades administradas.
Resulta fácil comprender a partir de la descripción y de los dibujos adjuntos que el frasco según la presente invención permite la administración total del líquido contenido en el mismo evitando el desperdicio o la utilización no permitida del líquido que posiblemente permanezca sin administrar en el frasco.

Claims (6)

1. Frasco para líquidos, para utilizar en dosificadores de precisión para líquidos, que consiste en un cuerpo principal (1) que comprende un cuello de rosca (8) caracterizado porque el cuello comprende un sistema (81) destinado a realizar el acoplamiento de empuje con el dispositivo de unión de un dosificador, y porque la parte inferior del frasco consiste en un par de superficies (9, 91), que se encuentran inclinadas y que convergen en el centro formando una copa (93) que se forma en la parte inferior de la zona de almacenamiento del líquido del frasco
(1).
2. Frasco según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicho sistema (81) consiste en un cierre de bayoneta.
3. Frasco según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque comprende una aleta (92) por debajo de la superficie (9) destinada a garantizar el soporte horizontal del frasco en su recipiente en el dosificador.
4. Frasco según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque se encuentra equipado con un sistema de identificación que puede leerse mediante el sistema apropiado del dosificador.
5. Frasco según la reivindicación 4, caracterizado porque dicho sistema es del tipo RFID (identificador de radiofrecuencia).
6. Frasco según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque está constituido por material plástico.
