Abstract

Perfil distanciador para un marco distanciador que ha de instalarse en la zona del borde de una unidad de acristalamiento aislante formando un espacio entre lunas de cristal, constituido por un cuerpo del perfil con una cámara (10) destinada a alojar materiales higroscópicos y con al menos un alma de asiento (30, 36) destinada a asentarse en un lado interior de las lunas en al menos un lado de la cámara (10), cuya alma está unida con la cámara (10) a través de un sector de puente (32, 34) presentando el cuerpo del perfil al menos una zona de sección transversal de forma de U abierta hacia su lado exterior, cuyas alas están formadas por el alma de asiento (30, 36) y la pared lateral contigua (14, 16) de la cámara (10) y cuya base está formada por el sector de puente (32, 34) que las une, caracterizado porque el cuerpo del perfil distanciador está formado por un material sintético termoplástico elástico-plásticamente deformable con un coeficiente de conductividad calorífica de <0,3 W/(mK), porque las alas de la zona de sección transversal de forma de U presentan una altura que vale al menos dos veces la anchura de la base, y porque al menos el alma de asiento (30, 36) está unida mediante acoplamiento de materiales con una capa de refuerzo plásticamente deformable 40 constituida por un metal con un coeficiente de conductividad calorífica <50 W/(mK).
