Abstract
Un producto de bollería, pastelería y panadería. La invención se refiere a un producto de bollería, pastelería y panadería, del tipo de los obtenidos por la cocción de una nasa, previamente fermentada; este producto presenta la particularidad de incluir una pluralidad de perlas de chocolate, repartidas aleatoriamente en el interior de la masa confortante del producto e introducidas en la misma antes de realizar su cocción final.
