EN LA FABRICACION DE UN CABLE ARMADO DE FIBRA PLASTICA REFORZADA, FIBRAS LARGAS REFORZANTES ESTAN IMPREGNADAS DE UNA RESINA DE COLOCACION TERMICA NO TRATADA Y FORMADA EN UNA CONFORMACION PREDETERMINADA PARA OBTENER UNA PLURALIDAD DE MIEMBROS TIPO-VARILLAS CON LA RESINA DE COLOCACION TERMICA SIN TRATAR, EN CONSECUENCIA LOS MIEMBROS TIPO-VARILLAS NO TRATADOS SE PASAN A TRAVES DE UN TROQUEL DE UN EXTRUSOR DE FUNDIDO, MEDIANTE EL CUAL LOS MIEMBROS TIPO-VARILLAS SON CADA UNO REVESTIDOS CON UNA CAPA DE RESINA TERMOPLASTICA. EL CABLE QUE HA SIDO ABOBINADO SOBRE AQUELLOS FILAMENTOS PASA A TRAVES DE UNA PORCION DE TROQUEL DE UN EXTRUSOR DE FUNDIDO, POR LA CUAL EL CABLE SE ENVAINACON UNA COBERTURA DE RESINA TERMOPLASTICA QUE SE ENFRIA Y SOLIDIFICA INMEDIATAMENTE. EL CABLE ENVAINADO ES CONDUCIDO HACIA UN TANQUE DE TRATAMIENTO QUE UTILIZA UN LIQUIDO COMO MEDIO DE CALENTAMIENTO PARA TRATAR LA RESINA DE COLOCACION TERMICA EN LOS CABLES ARMADOS.
