Claims (7)
- 가공용 광케이블에 있어서,상기 광케이블은 광섬유(16)를 보호하기 위한 비전도성 재질의 슬롯(10)을 중심으로 그외층에 인장력이 강한 로드 형태의 비전도성 재질의 인장선(24)이 다수개 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공용 광케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯(10)은 상기 광섬유(16)가 실장된 루즈튜브(14)가 끼워져 결합되기 위한 일정한 피치로 적어도 1개 이상의 홈(12)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공용 광케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯(10)은 외부의 충격에도 파손되지 않도록 기계적 강도를 구비한 글래스-얀 또는 아라미드-얀으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 가공용 광케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인장선(24)은 상기 슬롯(10)에 형성된 홈(12)의 방향과 반대 방향으로 서로 꼬여져 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공용 광케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인장선(24)은 원형, 삼각형, 사각형, 마름모 모양으로 형성되어 일정한 피치로 상기 슬롯(10)의 외측면에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 가공용 광케이블.
- 가공용 광케이블에 있어서,상기 광케이블은 다수개의 광섬유(16)가 실장된 루즈튜브(14)를 보호하기 위한 비전도성 재질의 슬롯(10)이 중심부에 설치되며, 상기 슬롯(10)의 양측에는 상기 루즈튜브(14)가 실장되기 위한 적어도 1개 이상의 비전도성 재질의 홈(12)이 형성되며, 상기 슬롯(10)의 외층에는 상기 광케이블이 외부의 기계적 영향으로 인해 손상되는 것을 방지하는 로드 형태의 인장선(24)이 다수개 설치되며, 상기 인장선(24)의 외측에는 상기 부품들을 보호하기 위해 플라스틱 재질로 형성된 외피(26)로 피복처리되어 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 가공용 광케이블.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 루즈튜브(14)가 실장된 슬롯(10)의 홈(12) 주위에는 상기 루즈튜브(14)를 고정시키기 위해 충진제(20)로 충진됨을 특징으로 하는 가공용 광케이블.
