EL VAPOR SOBRECALENTADO SE UTILIZA COMO GAS DE SECADO DURANTE UNA O VARIAS ETAPAS DE SECADO. EL PROCESO DE SECADO SE INTERRUMPE ANTES DE QUE EL PRODUCTO SEA DAÑADO TERMICAMENTE Y, SI SE REQUIERE UNA SOLTURA ESTABLE AL ALMACENAMIENTO Y UNA CAPACIDAD DE FLUIR DEL PRODUCTO PARCIALMENTE SECADO, SE ASEGURA MEDIANTE LA ADMINISTRACION DE COMPONENTES CON CAPACIDAD DE ENLAZAR CANTIDADES LIMITADAS DE AGUA Y/O MEDIANTE UN TRATAMIENTO SUBSECUENTE.
