LA ESPUMA SE EXTRAE CONTINUAMENTE DE LA SUPERFICIE, SE FLUIDIZA POR VIBRACION Y SE CONDUCE A TRAVES DE UNA ZONA DE REFRIGERACION INDIRECTA, ENFRIANDOLA POR DEBAJO DE 200 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS, ENCONTRANDOSE LA TRAYECTORIA DE LA ESPUMA TOTALMENTE IMPERMEABILIZADA AL AIRE CON UNA PRESION PARCIAL DE O2 DE 5 KPA COMO MAXIMO. LA INSTALACION COMPRENDE UN CANAL PARA LA MASA FUNDIDA (5) IMPERMEABLE AL AIRE EN LA ZONA DE LA ESPUMA EMERGENTE DONDE EL CANAL ESTA LLENO DE MASA FUNDIDA, ESPUMA Y GAS. EL CANAL (5) PRESENTA UNA DESEMBOCADURA (16) POR ENCIMA DEL NIVEL DE LA MASA FUNDIDA (13) COMUNICADA CON UN CANAL DESCENDENTE DE EVACUACION (15) UNIDO A LA INSTALACION DE REFRIGERACION (8) DOTADA DE UN CANAL VIBRATORIO DE TRANSPORTE (20)CON ENFRIADORES EN SU EXTERIOR (22) Y PROVISTO DE UN VIBRADOR (15).
