Claims (2)

  1. 산화철을 함유하는 과립상장입물이 환원가스에 의해 직접환원용광로에서 환원되고, 얻어진 해면철입자가 환원가스의 생성과 동시에 선탄 및 산소함유가스의 부가하에서 용해가스발생률(2)에서 용해되며, 환원가스가 냉각 및 분진제거되어 용광로(1)의 환원영역에 공급되고, 분리된 분진이 용해가스발생로(2)의 용해영역으로 재순환되며, 또한 과량환원가스가 세척 및 냉각하자마자 외부소비장소에 공급되는, 선철제조용장치의 가동시 용융물에서 아연을 제거하는 공정에 있어서, 환원가스의 탈분진공정이, 용해가스발생로(2)로부터의 환원가스의 배출온도가 약 1000℃로 조절되고 석탄입자로 구성된 아연-빈약분진이 초래되며, 이 분진이 용해가스발생로(2)로 재순환되는 제1단계(16)와 제1단계에서 부분적으로 분진이 제거된 가스의 냉각시에 약 800℃에서 가동되고, 침적금속아연이 부유된 분진이 얻어지고, 이 분진이 추가이용을 위한 아연정광(22)으로 모아짐을 특징으로하는 선철제조용장치의 가동시 용융물에서 아연을 제거하는 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분진제거가 연속배열사이클론(16,21)에서 일어나고, 냉각가스가 그 사이에서 제1사이클론(16)을 떠나는 가스에 공급됨을 특징으로하는 선철제조장치의 가동시 용융물에서 아연을 제거하는 공정.
